MR PORTER — How to Pack a Suit

If you need to take a suit with you when you travel – perhaps you’re on a business trip, or you’re a particularly snappy dresser in your downtime – figuring out how to transport it can be a bit of a conundrum. You basically have two options. Option A? Wear it. This route carries a few sartorial hazards. However good your tailor (or flight upgrade) is, a suit will never offer huge amounts of comfort in the confines of an aeroplane. And there is always a chance that you’ll be seated next to a toddler who decides that the best place for his in-flight pudding is your carefully pressed trousers. Option B is, of course, to pack your suit in a bag. This, in most cases, will crease it to the point at which it is no longer recognisable. Unless you know exactly how to pack it properly, of course. Thankfully, as you may have already guessed from the title of this film, we know how. So, take heed, and enjoy your flight in comfort.
