ASMR Rug Tufting | Rubik’s Cube Rug (Start To Finish)

No music, no talking, just making a Rubik’s Cube Rug from start to finish! My 9th rug tufting video - Now this one was challenging. I told myself that I would first complete the cube part of the design and then move onto the melted section, which definitely added a lot of unnecessary extra time to the rug making process. This was from constantly having to switch colours again and re-thread the yarn into the gun - so now I know it’s best to complete all sections using that colour before moving onto the next one! Once again feel like my choice of colour could be improved, specifically with my yellow yarn. I think this is because when the yarn is in a ball it appears as one shade of yellow, and after it’s been passed through the tufting gun and the ends have been cut, the shade of colours appears different in the light... has anyone else experienced this?
