Selections from Fluke (1995)

Fluke (1995) is a great film! It is one of my favorite soundtracks. It is by Carlo Siliotto! Fluke stars Matthew Modine, Nancy Travis, and Eric Stoltz. Eric Stoltz was initially cast to play Marty McFly in Back to the Future. But, Michael J. Fox did better on the screen test than Stoltz. Modine plays a businessman who dies in a car accident after trying to race his business partner on a narrow road. He is reborn as a Golden Retriever and finds his way back home. Lots of favorite tracks from Fluke! My favorites include: The Journey to Hopewell, Memories of Another Life, Death of Tom/Fluke and Jeff, Rumbo Goes On, and The School/Carol and Brian. This is an underrated movie. I think this film is better than Disney’s Homeward Bound. Carlo Siliotto doesn’t do a ton of Hollywood films. He scored recently Without Men, ll Padre e lo Straniero, El Cartel De Los Sapos, and lots of other Italian films. Notable American films Siliotto has scored include: Fluke, The Punisher, and
