After weeks of planning and coordinating with police and the city of Ottawa to ensure Rolling Thunder Ottawa is peaceful and orderly, Neil was informed this weekend that the agreed upon route has been cancelled and all bikes and other vehicles will be blocked from entering downtown Ottawa this coming weekend.
