GHFS workout routine,building bodies, spirits and camraderie

The workout circuit done by GHFS advanced longsword class after warmup in the beginning of each class. Everyone goes through every station once, with 50 seconds spent on each station and 10 seconds rest between to get to the nex station. Besides the benefits in strenght, explosive power, speed, stamina and body control that comes with the workout it also builds camraderie as the GHFS students get a common experience of going through a demanding physical workout.
