Winter Training Méthode Naturelle - Be strong to be useful

This training session of MN München was focused on “Être fort pour être utile“ exercise. Our coach David Tran built up the lesson simulating a flood disaster. After the warm up, we had to exercise in filling up sand bags, running with them through an obstacle course, handing them over in a human chain etc. Sand sacks also played the role of relief supplies that were thrown by an airplane and got stuck high in a tree: one person climbed up the tree and pulled a sack up, another climbed up and carefully lowered it. We also practiced in building a stretcher to carry an injured person. You are always welcome to join us!
