The United States is reportedly planning to send RIM-7 “Sea Sparrow“ missiles to Ukraine as part of their latest aid package. These radar-guided anti-air missiles can be launched from both land and sea to intercept aircraft or cruise missiles, and may be paired with Ukraine’s Soviet-era Buk launchers and radar systems. In addition to the Sea Sparrows, the aid package for Kyiv also includes M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles.
