BMW e46 2JZ-GTE 500HP some acceleration & traction problems

Im experiencing some traction problems on 1 and 2 gears after passing the magic 500HP level of power and almost 700Nm of torque. Im using Federal SS-595 tires sized 255/35/R18 and thinking about switching maybe to RS-R ones? Any other suggestions?
