Chinese Toddler Hit and Run death WITH SUBTITLES - 19 passer-by’s none help (Graphic 18+)

shocking footage showing a Chinese toddler in Gaungzhou being run over by a accelerating van in a hit and run, and shortly after being run over by a truck. A total of 19 passer-by’s walked by the injured child and did nothing to help the toddler.
