Senior Design - FANUC Robot Demo

This is my middle son Karl Nicolaus’ senior design project at Southern Polytechnic (now Kennesaw State). He is graduating with a degree in Mechatronics Engineering this December 2015. The project uses computer vision to sense the location and color of painted tennis balls as they roll down the runway (in white). The computer processes this information and sends it to the robot before the ball can reach the end of the runway and grips/picks up the tennis ball. The tennis ball is then placed in the correct
