Piazzolla - Chiquilin de Bachin

Piazzolla and his first electronic octet with vocalist José Angel Trelles perform Chiquilin de Bachin (“Bachin Lad“). Lyrics are by Horacio Ferrer. According to the book “Le Grand Tango“ by Azzi and Collier, Bachin was a restaurant frequented by Piazzolla, Ferrer and Amelita Baltar. Chiquilin de Bachin is one of the few waltzes written by Piazzolla.
