Sailing around Svalbard 2013 - 30 foot Sailboat

ARCTIC SAILING EXPEDITION 2013-2014 Finnish explorer Kari “Ruffe“ Nurmi sailed from Finland to up north and around Svalbard with a small glass fiber sailboat in 2013. The lack of sea ice made it possible so something drastic is happening in high arctic. We had also a very close encounter with a huge polar bear when it attacked our dinghy in north Spitsbergen.
