Directed Energy Weapons deployed in #CarrFire

- A fully grown tree burning from the inside out lent credence that directed energy weapons have been deployed in the Carr Fire near Redding California, July 28, 2018. The same phenomenon was recorded during the highly suspicious Santa Rosa fire last year, along with cars and homes exploding while vegetation remained untouched and pyrocumulus (fire tornado) “clouds“ which were unveiled by the World Meteorological Organization (United Nations) last year on 3/22.
