But there’s definitely ways to TRY and attain them. And to me, isn’t that the point!?

A. By jumping off the box, you can get reps without wasting a lot of energy and just focus on your ability to fully extend the ball and find motion for the finish

B. This is one way to simply start to feel what it’s like to lean the upper body for a finish. This motion can be so foreign to players, so by kneeling and leaning you can start to feel the characteristics that are needed to really lean the body during finishes.

There’s more to do, but these methods have proven to be extremely effective at giving players what most say can’t be learned or taught.
