HOW TO CUT: GRADUATED LAYERS | TIGI MODERN CLASSICS

The Graduated Layers technique is the shortest cut within the Collection, and is achieved by creating internal shape and texture using point cutting. This is a strong look, but can still be adapted to suit many different textures. Although the length is short, the perimeter is kept soft so the cut is always flattering to the face, retaining an element of femininity.
