We made Illidan’s Twin Blades of Azzinoth for Blizzard!

So, we’ve spent the past month building these utterly insane Twin Blades of Azzinoth from World of Warcraft for Blizzard ANZ to celebrate the upcoming release of Burning Crusade Classic! Some fun facts: - They’re taller than Hench (they’re ’9” long!) - Each blade had a galaxy projector built into it, which gives them that rippling fel energy effect! - They’re hand gilded in real 24kt gold, and it took 140 sheets to gild everything - We made an enormous blade mold and slush cast them in translucent resin We hope you enjoy watching our build processes, and if you’d like to see more videos like this, hit that subscribe button!
