Basic Speed Ladder Continuum

This a good, basic continuum to use with athletes who are either new to, or unfamiliar with, speed ladders or agility ladders. In this continuum, we’re focused on core control, proper lower body movement and accuracy. Proper pattern repetition is far more important here than speed, although this young man exhibits that as well. Speed and agility ladders are one of the best tools for building speed and agility for football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, tennis, lacrosse, field hockey and just about any other sport imaginable!
