SV Effect - Spinning Circle Transition

I haven’t used this effect in like a whole year! xD But since it was requested, and it’s fairly easy to do I’m doing a tutorial on it ^-^ Something I forgot to mention in the video is that if you want to give it more movement you can add ’Sony Gaussian Blur’ to the clips when they move so it looks like a motion blur.
