Needle Felting 2D Mushrooms - Picture, Shading Tutorial

Needle felting 2D mushrooms as a picture, surface design or decoration is fun, easy and a great way to learn how to add shading and highlights when needle felting with wool. We will needle felt these fun little mushrooms on to linen, but you can also needle felt them and other pictures onto wool fabric and other fabrics of your choice. These red capped mushrooms are delightful to needle felt, and you can also grab our kit or pattern to create a little needle felted mushroom scape that is totally unique. This project is a great introduction to needle felting - practice making your pieces firm and smooth, and is wonderful for practicing shading. Have fun with the simple details - and enjoy the process.
