Marian Anderson sings “Es ist vollbracht“

Marian Anderson was - perhaps with the exception of two or three singers who are her equal - the artist that got most of that perfect combination of art and spirit that we all expect. The inner power of singing is always tremendous, and that together with a warm tender contralto voice of exceptional range and technique.
