- how to do spiderman push up
This is a variation of the classic push-up. The benefit of the spiderman push-up is that since its difficulty is greater than the original exercise, you can have the same workout with much less repetitions.
This version requires to bring a knee up to the elbow by raising the leg.
Perform the push-up in that position.
Put back the raised leg on the ground and position the other knee near the other elbow.
