Young Hollywood heads to the Big Apple for the Tribeca Film Festival where we run into the one and only James Franco, in town to promote his tongue-in-cheek documentary ’Francophrenia (Or Don’t Kill Me, I Know Where the Baby Is)’. The film highlights one of Franco’s more bizarre career moves -- a guest-starring stint on “General Hospital“.
