This is the first video where we work on a small set of solo exercises with Jo. Even though I’m outside, the movements are chosen to work as solo training inside your living room.
Points to remember:
1. Work on your breathing.
2. Keep shoulders heavy.
3. Align shoulders, hips, knees, and feet in one plane.
4. Stay in your base (watch out for your extremes)
5. Keep knees and toes pointing in the same direction.
6. One thing moves - everything moves!
