Aikido Techniques TAKN; 31 kumijo

This video shows the 31 kumi-jo in sections. The techniques are executed by Lewis Bernaldo de Quiros (rokudan), chief instructor of TAKN and Arjan de Haan (yondan) instructor of TAKN. This video was shot at our September 2015 seminar in Weesp, Netherlands. It is a chronological compilation of the instructions by Lewis Bernaldo de Quiros on the 31 kumijo given during this seminar.
