Wing Chun Pole Stance Training

This is a short lesson on some empty hand exercises to train the pole stance. The video is taken from a pole class taught in 2011 at Phoenix Wing Chun by Sifu Angela and it also contains footage from a 2009 Seminar taught by Sifu Samuel Kwok. The footage from the 2009 seminar includes my kung fu brother Sifu Brian Dalhover from Maricopa, Arizona.
