20 Minute Christmas Strength & Cardio Workout | Caroline Girvan

Let’s finish this! It’s Christmas Eve and 20 minutes of fun is ahead! A sweaty combination of resistance training and cardio all within 20 minutes! I know that so many of us have overcome so much this year… some small hurdles and for some, very significant challenges. I hope you can think of this workout as a way to finish the year feeling proud of what you have achieved. For this full body workout you will need a pair of dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 9kg each! The chair in the video is just for wee Winston if he wanted to make an appearance to make you smile! The timer will be on for 45 seconds each exercise with 15 seconds rest inbetween!
