Prevoicing

As far as the voicing of organ pipes is concerned, a lot of work can be done already in the workshop. Preliminary voicing includes: determining the size of the foot hole, cutting up the mouth of a pipe, adjusting the position of the languid, making nicks in the languid, preliminary tuning.
