Conclusion of COP28

Well, it’s a wrap. #COP28 has finally concluded with a fanfare and news of a historic COP agreement that for the first time mentions fossil fuels. But can we really celebrate this when even with revised climate targets we’re still on our way to a world of over 3° warming?
