Large transport infrastructure projects in the EU

For 30 years in #Ireland plans to build a #Swords - #Dublin city metro have faltered. €300m on the project, still nothing. Compare to #China: in that timeframe, cities of up to 30m inhabitants have been built. We would want to get our act together.
