Strongest Spell Totem builds to start/play in POE Kalandra league, viable for SSF / HC. Spark, Creeping Frost, Ball Lightning, Storm Burst Totems would be the best choice. Spark seems to be really good for Kalandra League mechanic, Storm Burst can deal with buffed Rares easily, Creeping Frost is very strong with Greater Volley proj overlapping, and Ball Lightning just feels smooth for everything.
