Footage posted by media activists shows what they claim to be the “explosion of a Russian cluster bomb“ in the province of Hama, Syria. Syrian forces, backed by Russia, seized the town of Sukayk, on the Hama-Idlib border, on Oct. 12, according to reports quoting a Syrian military official.
