Active inhales (nose or mouth) and relaxed exhales (mouth). Find a rhythm.

• 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 : 30 breaths retention

This practice is NOT for:
pregnant women, people with epilepsy, people with serious cardiovascular issues. If you are unsure, consult your doctor.
Always practice in a safe environment:
Laying down, or sitting on the floor. Never while driving, standing, exercising, or near water. Never force! Follow your body.
Expectations:
It is normal to feel: light headed, tingling / buzzing, yawning, light cramping in the hands, ringing in the ears, emotions. If any sensations become too uncomfortable, return to normal breathing.
Relax.
