I want to show you how to cook lollipop lamb chops on the stove top. These are super simple to make and they are absolutely delicious. If you hate turkey these are a great option for Thanksgiving or Christmas. I know that these are not frugal but they are definitely a great addition to any celebration. Follow me : Twitter : Facebook : Instagram : Instructions - Rack of lamb Salt & Pepper Oil Generously season the lamb with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan until hot. Add the lamb rack to the hot pan. Sear and render the fat -- making sure to place them on their sides. Remove the lamb on to a cutting board and cut the chops. Season with more salt, including a little into the pan. Heat the pan until very hot again. Place the chops into the hot pan in a single layer. Cook on one side for about 3 minutes and flip. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes and remove to a board. The thicker ones will take a little longer. Cover the chops with some foil and allow them to rest from 3 to 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
