The movie cut, including an early interview with Nils-Aslak Valkeapää, is from “Linnutee tuuled“ (“The Winds of the Milky Way“), 1977, by Lennart Meri (Estonian writer, film director, and statesman, President of Estonia from 1992 to 2001). The movie is describing the kinship, linguistic and cultural relationships of the Finno-Ugric peoples. Silver Medal at the New York Film Festival, 1979.
