Egg tempera and water gilding - Virgin Kardiotissa iconography

Writing an icon of the Theotokos Glykophilousa ’Kardiotissa’ in the Prosopon School style. Natural pigments in egg tempera on wooden gesso board, with water guilding. The icon now lives in Canterbury Cathedral.
