De-light Photoshop Action (Free)

A free Photoshop action for De-lighting Automates the steps to remove lighting from a photo or texture. Load it through the action window. 1- Make sure to name the target layer: delight 2- Must mask out or crop on only the part you want processed. Since one of the steps is an Average blur, any other colors like from a dark background will contaminate the colors of the part you want. Always isolate the region before running the action. 3- After the action runs you can go into the high pass smart layer and double click it to change the value while seeing the results interactively.
