The Gratitude Dance to “Energy“ by Aberto

Dancing is how I celebrate. It’s also like a meditation to me. Last year, I read an article that claimed that if you spend time everyday for six weeks thinking about five things that you are sincerely grateful for that you can rewire your brain (create new neural pathways) and become more optimistic.
