ASMR slow counting for deep sleep

ASMR, the acronym doesn’t matter so let’s just relax. Whatever your reason for being here, whether by accident or on purpose, welcome. If you’re wearing headphones, earbuds, or just playing from the speakers on your phone, don’t be afraid to experiment with the listening experience. Typically you can find me in three situations when accessing ASMR. To stay focused while blocking out the noise, I’ll wear over-ear headphones at a low volume. The carefully constructed ambiance is a welcomed blessing in this busy world and single-handedly helps me get work done.
