Orange cookies
Ingredients:
250 grams of butter
1 egg
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Flour as needed (about 3 cup)
3-4 small squeezing oranges
First, thinly slice the oranges and place them between napkins to absorb the juice.
For the dough, combine all ingredients except cocoa in a mixing bowl and knead until you have a soft dough. Then, divide the dough in half and add cocoa to one half. (You can choose to make all cookies cocoa-flavored or plain.)
Roll out the cookie dough between layers of parchment paper. Using a cup or mold, cut the dough until finished. Place them on a baking sheet and add orange slices on top, pressing lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
After cooling, dip them in melted chocolate using a double boiler for decoration. Enjoy once the chocolate has set!
