From Fitness to Speed skating - 12 week training plan (all levels & ages)

The Fitness 2 Speed - 12 Week training plan is ideal for all ages and levels. In this training plan, I will guide you to better and more controlled skating through detailed day-by-day workout descriptions and 8h video tutorials! If you’re new to my channel and coaching, here’s a little bit about me: I’m a professional inline- and ice speedskater, two time Olympian, World cup medalist and national record holder. I have a bachelor in health and nutrition and throughout the last 15 years, I have been travelling the World on a mission to learn from the very best skaters and coaches. This has taught me more than I had ever hoped for, which I’m now looking to share with the rest of the skating World through this training plan :) I firmly believe that good skate control and finding comfort in speed skates is the key to good skating and in this plan, you’ll find all my shortcuts and tips to acquire the necessary skills it takes to reach your full skating potential.
