Cop tasers old woman for fleeing from an $80 ticket

An Oklahoma woman was tasered after being pulled over for a broken brake light. The police officer informed the woman she must sign her ticket but the woman refused. The old woman became increasingly hot tempered until she attempted to flee in her car. Gun drawn, the police officer stopped her again and dragged her from the car.
