Gang Gang Cockatoos / Шлемоносный какаду / Callocephalon fimbriatum

Four Gang - gang cockatoos having a feed in my back yard this afternoon. This was their second visit this week and I was utterly amazed at being able to approach to within a metre of them without them being disturbed by my presence. Perhaps they have been watching me with the magpies and butcher birds and know that I’m just a harmless old fool that loves birds. The camera was hand held and is a SONY HDR CX700VE
