South London. A light-hearted item about toastmaster Ivor Spencer’s six months’ waitressing course. M/S of people eating around a table. The diners are attended to by incompetent waiters who pull chairs from under them, knock them in the head with corks and set fire to things. These slapstick moments illustrate why Ivor’s course is necessary. M/S of Ivor teaching a group of waiters and waitresses how to lift a champagne bottle.
