Barnes, London. In “London’s newest recording studios“ we see various shots of preparations for a recording session with French singing group, Les Swingles; a microphone is adjusted, spools of tape are placed on a tape recorder and laced up; the sound mixer sits at the consul. Les Swingles start to sing in groups around microphones; the sound mixer stops after a short time and asks for a soundproof board to be put between the drums and the bass; a microphone is adjusted. Les Swingles sing again and get through the whole number this time; the title of the original tune, by Bach, is ’The Badi...nerie’ from the orchestral suite number 3.
