Full title reads: “Bisley. See the Conquering Hero Comes! C. S. M. Bayly wins the King’s Prize - the rifleman’s highest honour - and according to ancient custom, is ’chaired’ round the Camp.“ Bisley, Surrey. Shots of the various military riflemen showing off their target shooting skills. Closer shots of the riflemen on the ground firing their guns. A scorer reads out the mark which is written on a small blackboard by a soldier. Soldiers from a Scottish regiment march ahead of other soldiers who are carrying the winning rifleman CSM Bayly on a chair on their shoulders. A crowd of people clap.
