Plastic Bag Magician (1960)

M/S of two men in a garden in Hastings, Sussex, opening out a large plastic bag, scrunching down the edges and putting it on the ground; one of the men is Swedish illusionist/magician Carboni. Carbonita, his partner, appears, dressed in a short stripy shift dress and hat and black gloves (glamorous convict style); she steps into the bag. The other man takes off his jacket and Carbonita puts it on. M/S of a couple watching from deck chairs in the garden; the man turns to the woman with a bemused look on his face. Carboni and the other man unravel the plastic bag so it comes up over Carbonita’s head, and wind some sticky tape around the top to seal it - help! I haven’t seen any air holes yet - presumably there are some. The unidentified man takes a black marker pen from Carboni and writes ’RX’ (his initials?) in two different places on the plastic, to show that only one bag is used in this trick.
