A group of children, dress in swimming costumes, perform keep fit / physical training exercises on the prom / pier. A man is shouting out instructions which the kiddies follow. People sitting in deck chair are looking on. One girl gets it wrong and everyone laughs. Children run races - a dog chases across the race.
