Soho, London. Potter’s Studio where 2 artists are making the latest fashion in animal ornaments. C/U shots of two of the pottery animals - a bull and a hippopotamus. C/U shots of potter John Virando taking a lump of clay and throwing his next object which is a tortoise on the potter’s wheel. The models are then put in a kiln by partner Philip Roberts. He takes some other ornaments out of the oven. C/U shots of Philip painting a rhinoceros. More shots of finished animals including large and small tortoises frogs and a boar.
