Full title reads: “’All as One’. Massed gymnastics by the Garrison - striking feature of Colchester’s Searchlight Tattoo.“ Colchester, Essex. Ranks of men in T-shirts and shorts stand twirling dumbbells in synchronisation. They are moving in time to a military band just visible in the background. Later in the display the film cuts to a slightly closer shot. As they are taking part in a garrison tattoo these men are presumably soldiers. This quite a display of PT / keep fit skills.
