In this video we show you the health exercise Head shaking - M by Rudolf Steiner. First we have the consonant M. Then we shake our head, we bend it to the right and left, we don’t turn it. Now we do both at the same time: while we make the sound M with our arms, we shake our head. Rudolf Steiner: “Now I ask you to see a movement that is once again quite effective, which consists of the following: shake your head right and left with the M-movement. If possible, the head should not be turned, but only bent to the right and left with the M movement. [...] Irregularities in the lower body that manifest themselves in pain can be alleviated by this. It just has to be the case that you want to fight the predisposition to such pain when the pain is not there. That is what is important. So while the pain is there, it is not good to do it.
